Went in for a full set ombre light pink and white, I really wanted a natural looking set, but she acted as if she didn't understand what a more natural look was,, I also wanted them cut down more but she had already started the ombre process, so I just let her continue, my nails ended up being more white than ombre, very disappointed, not only that when I made it home, the dang white color was glow in the dark !! I am too UPSET, I got nothing that I asked for and when I tried to call them and explain they hung up the phone and wouldn't answer anymore, I called several times! I don't like giving away my hard earned money ! Poor business, poor customer service....I don't even live in the area, will not be returning except to get what I paid for corrected but never again!

My friend, daughter and me all went to go get our nails done last night we spent 4 hours there. My friend and me were talking and one of the guys kept holding his phone near us and translating our conversations, as well as kept looking at my text messages on my phone. It took 3 hours for them to do my daughters and friends nails. They didnt even do mine till the fourth hour and she rushed on mine. They were incredibly rude and messed up my nails. Never go here trust me the service sucks.

I've been going here since 2020!!! Michelle is my number one nail lady for acrylics and the prices are hard to beat compared to other salons that just want you in and out. It's a real joy going and getting to see all the familiar faces, and catch up! Wide selection of colors, services, and embellishments. They are the type of nail salon, that even i can feel comfortable speaking up when i am unhappy and they immediately correct it!!! Making another appointment as we speak!

Came in for a manicure, then later came for a pedicure with my husband, closer to closing time. They took us both with only 2 working, stayed a bit later to finish our pedicures. They did a really good job! This will be my new go to place without a doubt. Friendly, great service!

Gel nails, 3 days later wearing off. She never had me wash my hands after removing old polish with dremel tool and i got a wax and she put Nair on my face with out asking.

As much as tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for the SECOND time ): {which is my fault for going back I guess after the first time it happened to my right eyebrow now this time my LEFT eyebrow } to start off with I told her NOT TO TOUCH the ends of my eyebrows !! I jus wanted her to clean the arch and simple clean up which she responded yes that I should keep the ends anyways after she proceeded to prepare the wax and start the service once she finished she showed me the mirror {THE END OF MY EYEBROWS WERE BOTH STILL THERE } I told her if she could even the arch a bit more since they were uneven she fixed the right side moved on the left and before I knew it she plucked out the ends and when I told her not there she stopped and denied plucking after I still had the mirror in my hand to see what she was doing to make sure it was what I was asking of her , she tried to convince me that the person before did that which I then answered her no I saw you do it {as well as reassured it was fine I mean there's no gluing the hairs back } but still not okay to try and say she didn't and lie to me bc I guess she thought I might have lost it or something but I'm definitely disappointed and embarrassed with my eyebrows especially because she was rushing when she really didn't have to considering it's kinda slow at this hour 2:30 pm on a Thursday she was a sweet lady wasn't rude just very upset I had to walk out with my eyebrows looking like this

I will never go back here again. I felt so and unwelcomed and I called before I came to ask for a certain service. I wanted a manicure, with shellac full set. Cuticles and everything cut around my nail bed. The lady told me a price and I told her I was on my way up there.. I ended up getting to the nail shop and they had me choose my color. I noticed she was starting to paint my regular nails but that's not what I wanted. I wanted a FULL SET. After I told her that she started laughing and making a big scene in front of all of the other customers. She proceeded to say.. "that's not what u asked for" She later had an attitude and shrugged her shoulders at me. They need to call this place one star nails, because this is definitely not five star quality work. My nails are all uneven, and look a mess. The color is pretty though..

This place is small but the people are so sweet! Very kind and truly care about their work looking great! The sweet lady who did my nails took her time and made sure each nail was perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

This place is really kind. Theycare quick at what they do and very creative. Please take advantage of telling the manager if you nails aren't 100% what you wanted, and she will make sure you are taken care off. "Well shouldn't a professional nail salon not have mistakes or issues?" This salon has some trainees that try their best as they work on your nails but they are trainees. Speak up and she will coach them and make your nails right the first time, don't wait until it's too late and they'll have to do it over. The manager asked me if I wanted to have mine redone completely simply because of the wrong top coat and that was very kind. Great management, hard working employees.Oh and their products last so long on your nails. I went three months with an acrylic set without them every budging to come off. I just kept filing them down and eventually had to soak them off. Great products!Service: Acrylic nails
