I leased a washer and dryer from the Aaron's in Marshall. When the last payment was listed, it said 69.13 in January. I made the payment and two weeks later, I received a call from them to say I owe 3.76. I asked where did that fee come from, they claimed it was the payout fee. I have Never dealt with so many unprofessional and petty people in business. Please Pass By this store and find another option

First of all each time I have gone in this place, my wait ti e have been longer than 30 minutes. So at first I had started a lease for a gift. That process was okay. So a couple of days after I saw a dresser on line that was on clearance. So when they called me telling me a higher price, I corrected them. When I went up there to try and straighten things out, the manager insisted that I pay regular price for something that was on clearance. She insisted that I signed a contract stating the higher price. When I ask her to see the contract, she pulls out a form that I signed for the delivery. At that point she probably realized that they neglected to do a contract, but she still insisted it was my fault. And that I pay full price. She even told me that I needed to read before I sign. She was supposed to straighten this out last week, but here it is a week later and one of the associates still calls telling me to come pay $40. I have dealt with this particular store in the past, before they hired these new people, but after I pay this bill in full, I WILL NOT BE LEASING ANYTHING ELSE, AND YOU CAN BEST BELIEVE THAT. A bu ch of unprofessional people working up there. The only thing that went smoothly was the delivery. And ironically, they are the only black people up there

Ms. Dawn and Ms. Cheyenne are very knowledgeable and kind. I came in the store not sure and left satisfied! They helped me find a lovely piece of furniture and made sure the paperwork was explained in its entirety! I’ve been in that particular Aarons awhile ago and was not pleased. These two Ladies have changed my whole perspective! I will definitely be doing more business with this store! Thank you!

DO NOT RECCOMMEND DOING BUSINESS HERE!!! GO TO LONGVIEW GOR ALL AARONS NEEDS AND WANTS THIS STORE IS AWFUL!!!! THE EMPLOYEES NAMED GRETA AND BILL HAVE MADE ME FEEL SO THREATENED I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO GO OAY MY PAYMENT AND I CURRENTLY AM SEEKING SOMEONE TO GO PAY IT FOR ME!!! ALL BECAUSE I WORKED LATE YESTERDAY AND I COULD NOT GO IN YESTERDAY AFTER WORK THEY DEMANDED AN EXACT TIME THAT I WOULD WALK THROUGH THE DOOR WITH A PAYMENT TODAY!!!! They don’t seem to realize there are multiple places I could go for a washer and a dryer but I chose them! I will never do business here again!!!! I will seek a different store as long as these two employees are stationed at this location!!

Horrible customer service by the General Manager Sarah. Do not have enough space here to go into how many times I have had run ins with Sarah and how she handles customer service. She has delivered broken torn up recliners to me and still tried to charge me, wouldn’t refund me. When there was a payment issue on our automated payment instead of calling and correcting the issue right then and there she waited until almost 2 months late then told me that it is my responsibility to pay my bills, when this whole time I thought it was getting paid. Horrible they have just lost us as customers

The GM Sarah, she has been there for about a year possibly going on 2. I have been a customer since 2016 and up until now have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them and in fact have referred them to my friends and family. Torsha who was their former GM, is truly missed on very much on her game when it came to her customer service. Sarah is very lacking in that department. My first encounter with Sarah was a year ago when I was on the hunt for a recliner for my husband who was going into surgery and had sleep pretty in an upright position. When I called Aaron's they had no recliners in the store but she went online and looked in other stores, found one a couple of hours away, it was suppose to be slightly used but in perfect to new condition. When it arrived a couple of days late from the date Of delivery I was promised, it was far from slightly used. It didn't even reclined because it was so broken and torn up. The delivery guy was embarrassed for even bringing it. He said he would have Sarah contact me that evening, never received a call from her, the next day I called and asked for Sarah to contact me, she did not. I called for 3 days straight and was never placed in the phone with Sarah, on the 3rd day I was told she had left for vacation that morning and it would be a week before I could possibly talk to her. The associate I talked to that morning helped me With my situation and said they would not charge me, would com and pick up the chair, he said that Sarah was the one that ok'd the destroyed chair to be delivered to my home, that was after the driver picked up the chair from a different store went back to his Marshall TX store had lunch and asked if it was still being delivered in it state and she said yes. I never heard back from Sarah on that until almost 6 months later, they still had not picked Up the chair, I offered to bring it them myself just to get the thing out of my house but was always told no and that I was on the next delivery out to Jefferson. 6 months later, I was charged for that chair when I called and was finally put on the phone with Sarah, she acted like this was the first time she had ever heard about my dislike for the chair. She argued with me about the condition of the chair and how I need to pay my bills. I told her I did not want the broken recliner to come and pick it up and to refund my payment they made from my account for that chair. She stated she could not refund my money but she might be able to apply it to my other account. After that it took an additional 3 weeks before they finally came and got that chair. Since then they have screwed up payments, and when they need to get a hold Of me they will call me or my husband about 10 times per day on each of our Phones. I have asked and asked them o remove my husbands work number and I get yes ma'am I will make a note and do it Immediately. Still waiting on that one to happen guess either they never made a note, Or don't Look or know how to read a note regarding an account. So this past July I guess they had an issue with he automated payment, and instead of Sarah calling she has waited until the last week of August to let m know there was an issue so now I will be two months behind. I asked why they didn't notify me on the issue and she stated it was not their job to tell me to pay my bill. Hmmm, it is automated from their end. If you have an issue when you are trying to submit the payment you notify the customer in order to get it resolved, but not Sarah apparently that is not part of her job description or the policy of Aaron's. But before her if here was ever an issue with my payment I would get notified immediately. I need a new stove and TV, was planning on using Aaron's again since I have actually gotten a couch set and a washer and dryer set from them and have been with them like I said since 2016. But no I will find another Place they just lost a good customer. She is very much lacking in the customer service area.

I do not recommend buying anything from the Aaron’s in Marshall, TX. They are selling furniture with bedbugs to customers. They won’t give me my money back, and the store manager wouldn’t give me the number to the regional manager. So if you are thinking about buying anything from them I highly recommend that you don’t.

Just got a set of speakers for $65 and it didn’t come with a remote and the woman said just give me a couple of days I’ll look for it. And wouldn’t give me my money back and told me that all sales are final, like she didn’t tell me that all sales were final and the speaker were junk so I wouldn’t go back there ever again.
