These guys are the real deal! Hard to find a reliable Paccar mechanic outside of Kenworth/Rush/Peterbilt shops but these guys are it. I had a front main engine seal leaking and a handful of other issues that they completed quickly and fairly priced. The service and people at this shop are off the charts fantastic! I highly recommend!

Best diesel mechanic shop ever they even got a pool table upstairs a Driver lounge they take you riding on the ATV super nice people everybody nice even the younger guys they got super cold AC upstairs very dependable shop

The worst experience ever!
This shop is a family owned business.
They robbed me and ripped me off;
They charged me $3400 for only replacement my 2015 cascadia air compressor.
According to couple other mechanic shops that I know and called to find out, the bill shouldn’t be more than $2400, so they overcharged $1000.
The old lady ( boss there) doesn’t like price negotiations and she’s rude.
She charged me more than $1200 for the compressor ( $960 per dealership) , labor more than $1300 ( 600), road call $735 ( $500) plus other charges…
I strongly don’t recommend them to anyone.
They’re thieves.

Great guys called them to bleed my rams fuel system the young man that showed up was amazing and quick it took him less than 15 min and he got it running and charged me less than $200 I'd definitely recommend to anyone who needs mechanic

These people are the scum of this earth. They charged me $600 for one gallon of deferential oil ,my next mechanic told me that there is water mixed with the oil I’m assuming … they did not drain it which I told them specifically to clean and drain everything out before you put a new oil ,so they just added 1 gallon , on top of that they didn’t time my driveshaft right now I have to pay over $5000 . I have 5 kids to feed I hope God is watching this.

I recommend these guys. Had a starter issue. Called them out and they were out to me in a timely manner. Had me fixed and back on the road in no time. They were very reasonable on their fee as well. Thank You Absolute diesel repair.

I've read the negative post regarding Jackson. Let me tell you, I had a breakdown just before midnight on a Monday and I was more than 30 miles from this shop. I drive and old school truck with an old school N14. I blew an o-ring and diesel was spraying everywhere. So I called Absolute.
1. I was told they needed to check on their tech (Jackson) to get me a time frame and they would call me back.
2. They called me back in a matter of minutes and told me it would likely be less than an hour for Jackson to arrive.
3. It WAS less than an hour. Jackson was able to diagnose the problem. Now it's well past midnight. Getting parts at that hour was not possible. Jackson told me they would get the parts the next morning and would get back to me once that was done.
4. They, once again, did exactly as he stated. Truck was fixed in a matter of hours.
5. It's important to note that their after-hours road service rate includes 2 hours of labor. This entire process came in UNDER 2 hours because I wasn't charged for all of their drive time chasing parts AND traveling to and from my location.
6. This entire process costs me $370 from start to finish (who does that?) and Jackson was very professional and performed the work flawlessly.
7. I was so impressed I IMMEDIATELY drove to their shop to get a complete PM service and a few other issues addressed.
If you're anywhere near I-20 and the Texas/Louisiana state line and you need work, call these guys. They're awesome and they won't price-gouge you. Hats Off to Jackson and Absolute Diesel.
(See the shiny thing in the photo. That's the piece. It's between two cylinder heads and down pretty far. There are no gaskets. Just an o-ring. Good luck trying to work with that tiny space and doing it right. Jackson's the man!)

Before this review starts - we do feel it’s necessary to say that we don’t believe our experience with this specific mechanic is a reflection of the entire company itself.
Reached out to this company for road side - truck wasn’t starting after drivers turned it off during their break.
Mechanic came out to take a look, told us that starter needed to be replaced on our 2024 Volvo! Went to get the starter, wasn’t the correct one. They placed an order for the correct starter.
Shortly later we get a call from the company stating there is a starter in Dallas that they’re willing to go pick up, we agree. Around 7PM, I gave them a call for an update as drivers reported mechanic never returned. A woman answered the phone who confirmed the part in Dallas also was not the correct one and we would have to wait until the morning. Ok, fine.
Fast forward to next morning, we receive a call from Jackson who tells us the truck is still not turning on after starter was replaced. Claims to have checked all wiring, connections, etc. We even went as far as getting our company’s mechanic to call Jackson & go through some things with him. He confirmed to our mechanic that he checked all of those things.
Jackson claimed there was nothing else he could do and agreed that he would return our old starter to us due to the circumstances of this situation. We pay the invoice of $700+ and he never returns!!!
We call another roadside, who fixes the problem in 30 MINUTES. Starter was never the issue, it was the kill switch (which Jackson claims he checked)
To make matters worse, Jackson did not even install the starter properly! There were nuts missing where they should’ve been, some spread on the ground under the truck, and wiring wasn’t properly mounted back (See pictures received from second roadside from reference) This itself could’ve caused much bigger issues had we drove with the starter how he left it.
Took $700+, didn’t return the starter as promised, and didn’t properly install the starter that didn’t even need to be replaced in the first place! Completely unacceptable!
This mechanic was negligent & did not have a single regard for safety. He did not have a care in the world for his job the way it should’ve been done. DO NOT RECOMMEND JACKSON!!!
