Wouldn’t even give me a price for a 100 mile tow , Keith said he didn’t wanna tow a motorhome from tip of Texas to the tip of Arkansas. What a joke of a tow company. I ask for a tow he asks what’s wrong with it. I asked for a tow not for a mechanic. I’m a tow truck driver myself. What a joke!!! I asked for price for 100 mile tow he wouldn’t even give a price and said he didn’t even wanna do it!!! Wow! Horrible. Trash company. I hope everyone stops giving them business. I’ll find someone else.

I called them and set up a time for them to pick my truck up and they were there on time and dropped it off with no problems. Would recommend them to anybody. Thanks

The ladies in the office are always courteous but the guy that does the DOT inspection is not friendly at all and act like he's mad all the time.

Eric came to our rescue on I 20. He was fast, thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. He towed us to the tire shop and made sure all was well before taking off. Highly recommend

I called Action Towing when our truck and trailer got stuck on soft ground after a heavy rain. Bubba and driver, Eric, saved our day. Eric showed up quickly and used his expertise to safely pull our truck and trailer out. I highly recommend Action Towing for all your towing needs! They are friendly, fast and highly experienced.

Great people, easy to work with. Very nice and polite lady answered our call, got us taken care of.
Justin came real quick, hooked up our 18-wheeler and took it to MHC Kenworth. Offered us to take our loaded trailer on their lot free of charge because MHC was too crowded. Reasonable price!

Jeff and his cousin (didn’t catch his name) from Action Towing had to come out to assist me with a load that shifted. These dudes were awesome. Super friendly guys, and very good at problem solving how to fix my issue. It took hours, but they seemed honest about it in a way that other wreckers wouldn’t be. They weren’t trying to run the clock out on me, and were legitimately working hard to get my issue solved quickly, and were reasonably priced. Action towing and these guys are a stand up outfit, and you never want to be in a situation where you have to call a heavy duty wrecker, but I highly recommend using them if you do. Can’t speak highly enough about Jeff, his cousin, and the dispatch. Thanks again for getting me out of the pickle I found myself in!

Can not thank Eric enough! He came out and got us out of a small creek we underestimated. He came quickly, was very kind, very affordable, and got us on our way. We are so greatful! If you ever need a tow in Marshall give them a call.

Rusty and his dad were AMAZING!! Our truck broke down while we were towing our fifth wheel. The service they gave was above and beyond. They made a bad situation better. Can't thank them enough.

Broke down on exit ramp in Kilgore. TX. Found these guys on the truck down app. Always leary when you have to call forrepair and towing,, thinking you might get gouged. No worries with these guys. Fairly prompt response,, towed us to their shop and let us sleep the night. Once it was determined that it was a Volvo proprietary problem,, towed us to the nearest volvo shop for repairs. The bill was very reasonable, and I can't say enough a out Brandon. He was very personable, professional and very knowledgeableNever want to meet these guys, but this was a pleasure. Highly recommended if you need them

Truck broke down they came and towed me to their shop.It was minor they fixed it for 680 including the tow.They communicate well and we’re very helpful
