I suspected that my 2012 Hyundai ELANTRA needed a new rack and pinion which I anticipated would cost around $2,000. I was referred by several people to to this shop. Upon contacting the shop it was suggested it could be a small plastic piece that was causing my steering issues and it the rack and pinion. The owner worked with me allowing me to drop my car early and then held it until I was able to get back in town and pick it up. The repair was the broken plastic piece and my airbag sensor was out … the two repairs came in at just over $600. Everyone was respectful and professional. I will return to this shop if I need future work done.

If you need a tire repaired or to buy tires. Go see the guys here. Their customer service is top notch. They explain their process they are so helpful. They really care about their customers. Felt good when I left, so happy I chose to go to this business.

We were directed here while driving through town after our car broke down. Although this was a trucking place, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, immediately giving our car attention to help us out as we were on a long roadtrip. Their expertise and honesty helped us make informed decisions for our next steps. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Awesome service. 100 dollars cheaper than the local tow service half a block away. Will picked up my truck quickly made good conversation and delivered us like a pro. Nice people Call these guys first.

It’s never a pleasure to be towed, but I’m truly grateful for the mechanical assistance and expertise I received from Joseph and Mr. Keith.
Joseph was incredibly thorough and just an all-around great person. Mr. Keith was a true blessing as well. He was considerate of my situation and showed true character and fairness with the invoicing. I genuinely look forward to working with them again in the future.

Broke down in Marshall Tx 9pm. They came and towed my truck and 17ft Rv, Truck to shop with a broken serpentine belt. Trailer to rv park. Had me back on the road 11am. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Them Thank you very much

I had a terrible experience with Action Towing in Marshall, TX. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into an absolute nightmare due to their constant upcharging. They quoted me one price over the phone, but by the time the job was done, the final bill was significantly higher with no clear explanation. Every little thing seemed to have an extra fee attached, and they weren’t upfront about the total cost until it was too late.
On top of that, their customer service was awful—rude and dismissive when I questioned the additional charges. I understand work isn't cheap, but the way they operate feels like a scam. Avoid this company unless you want to be overcharged and treated poorly.
Bubba, Ashley and Jeff should be ashamed.

This shop is awesome and the people there are very nice, we sent our driver with trailer tandems issue, they got him back on the road very fast and didn't charge us at all. Recommending!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. I pulled in with my six horse trailer having a blowout and my spare was not any good so they drove me in their personal vehicle to a tire shop to get tires mounted!! absolutely amazing people

I have my truck towed from them at first driver took out my drive shaft and lost bolts on it and when I called and asked he said he lost them and told me to get new ones but it’s not common you have to get it from Volvo dealer
And then he damaged my truck while transporting to shop
And manager refused to take responsibility

Very thankful that these guys could help. Did me a huge favor for sure. Very responsible on the price. Had a breakdown @9pm. Worked out a plan for a mechanic first thing next morning. 7:30am he was there and told me it was best to get it to their shop to work on it. Towed me to the shop and as soon as I got there they were on it. Had a very comfortable drivers lounge, door dash delivers to there fyi. They let me snore my heart out lol. Came and got me when the truck was done and I was back on the road. Thanks to all the very friendly staff there in the office and in the shop. Would definitely recommend action towing to anyone in need in the area.
