Absolutely the worst tax experience in my life, had my appointment set up for March 1st. When I arrived they had double booked and couldn't see me. I was told i could drop my paperwork off and they would get back with me. One week goes by I called I was told yes we've looked at it and will be filing it this week. 2nd week called i was told they had filed them and something at the IRS was holding them up. 3rd week week I'm told they're going to look at it and give me a call back which never happened. One month I call same thing "we'll call you right back" so I drove up there to get my paperwork. It had not been touched once in the month yet they were constantly lying about it. Don't waste your time I'd let a monkey file it on turbo tax before I went back to this place.
