I just left and the customer service was absolutely terrible; in fact there was no customer service at all. My family and I walked in, and even though there were 2 employees present, neither of them even acknowledged us. While one was assisting a customer, the other employee was just sitting there watching. After about 15 minutes, I finally asked if both of them were preoccupied, the female employee started stuttering and stated yes because she was about to leave. We just turned around and walked out.

I came in a few days ago and it was a great experience. I believe the rep that helped me was Sharaye and she did a amazing job. Such a awesome staff keep up the good work !!!!

The contract ended and so did the phone service. And with that, the last tie between us was no more. My heart hurt a little. We spent almost a decade together. Loving and living laughing and crying. I lost my love and my best friend. We're complete strangers now. Nothing left of that time together but memories. We got our S22 Ultras together. Glad and sad to see it go. Oh well, love and learn. Not one person was in the store that day except this really pretty sales associate. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm going back today to buy some Galaxy ear buds for my new S24 Ultra. I don't even need ear buds. What I need is to delete the thousands of photos and videos of years of memories. I'll never know where I'm headed if I keep looking back.
Oh yeah, I did get $1000 trade in credit for my S22. Thanks AT&T.

Roxanne and Jordan are miracle workers. I contacted AT&T's online customer service to activate an upgrade for my number. Somehow that representative managed to royally mess up three lines on my account. After spending 7 hours between the online chat and phone, they still hadn't resolved the problems that were created. Extremely frustrated, I finally went to the local AT&T store. Roxanne and Jordan resolved all of the issues in a tenth of the time. I have no idea why the national service was so poor and inefficient, but the local service is certainly high caliber. Every time I've visited this store, the employees have been very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Thank you again, Roxanne and Jordan for saving the day!

I would’ve given five stars for the management and their patients with my 95 year old mother but my mother is Hearing and visually impaired so it made it difficult to pick a phone that would work for her without her being able to use a working phone first. It would’ve been nice if the staff was trained in assisting the elderly who have these disabilities to understand and make sure they’re getting the right phone for their impairment. Once you get them home with the phone, they have a lot of questions as you’re setting it up for them and as a Consumer, we don’t always have those answers or that knowledge. Not sure yet if the phone we chose is going to work for her.

Worst customer service that I have ever met with. I ordered two Iphone 15s and was trading in my Verizon phones. I asked when the new phones would arrive and was told they would be here 09/22/2023. When I went to pick them up after receiving an email they had arrived only one came in. The sales lady wanted me to go ahead and switch it over to AT&T but I told her I wanted to wait for the other phone. She told me "You have to take this phone now" no I said Im waiting on the other one. She was very ugly about it. I came back to the store today Saturday and cancelled my order and all of the accessories that I had bought. A young man who was working there wanted to know why I cancelled. Because yall were rude and didnt deliver the phones when you said. The other phone is on back order for nearly a month. I said the lady said it would be in Friday and the young man said we did not tell you that and you still have to take this phone. I was steaming by now because he insinuated that I was a liar. I left and was very upset. Ive never been treated that badly a any store.

The store was understaffed after 5pm and the wait time to get helped was greater than 20 minutes. The employee there, Christian, was very helpful when he finally got to us and got us taken care of quite quickly.

This store shouldn't even be here. They have No Power to do Anything At All. All I was needing to do is activate a tablet for Prepaid Data Only plan. They can't even enter any IMEI number.
