A wealth of knowledge.
Went in today to return a part previous purchased. The return process was hassle free. Bought the right parts for the job. Nijan B. made an observation about my old rotor. He showed me the cause of excessive wear. He gave a solution to prevent extreme wear. This kind of service is why AutoZone is my 1st stop in automotive service and care.

Karon is the best! Heading out of town on vacation and the battery's dead. Karon switched it out for us in just a few minutes. Great service from a great guy!

The person I spoke with about my power steering not working said he could look under the hood if my check engine light was on. I told him my check engine light is on but, it has nothing to do with my power steering. He looked under my hood. I thought he was going to check the fuse but, he was looking for where to put power steering fluid. My car has electronic power steering.

A hub on our kayak trailer went out on our way home from Caddo Lake. We limped it into the AutoZone parking lot. Tamara and the other employees at this location were very nice and helped get us the parts and tools we needed to get the trailer back on the road.

Haven't spent much time in Auto Zone because I've got better service in the past at the other stores in town BUT I found myself at Auto Zone on 2/19/24 and the woman working at 9am is the best customer service representative I've dealt with in a long time. She knew where the parts were that I needed and was super friendly. I'll make another trip up there for sure

Once upon a time long LOOONG ago there once was a part store we could depend on...lol!!! Now they're parts are defected. They're service sucks. They're prices may or may not be higher than most I can't really say because I have trouble seeing them from O'Reilly's!!! Just saying
