Customer service is not good. Received a bean pot for Christmas. Used once, waited until 100 cool. Washed/soaked overnight. Huge thermal crack.

I sure miss Celebrating Home as a direct sales party plan business. Loved getting the new catalogs and the free and half price items. Not to mention the consultant discount on items. The Treasure Chest items. I was so disappointed when Celebrating Home announced they no longer would be in the party plan business.
