You learn about a business when there is a problem. This bank failed - miserably. I've had a few problems with Chase over the years, but too much trouble to end the relationship and start somewhere else. Now? No thanks. I opened a business account on top of my savings, checking and investment account there - only to find out they didn't order a debit card. I also couldn't access the account online. IN fact, the only way to access the account was to go in to the bank, give them the account details and identification in order to get them to print out what I needed. After that, I went home to input the info and tho it accepted it, I still could not access the account on line. An hour spent with the 800 number people accomplished nothing more than "go to your local bank". The local bank person didn't care and made that obvious. I'm opening an account with another bank and go through the rather extensive process of changing auto pays from one bank to the other. They crossed the line with extremely poor customer service.

Customer assistance is none. Telephone information puts you into a loop.

Scammers. Took 4+ weeks to receive debit card. (They kept telling me it was on the way when it never was (confirmed with usps) , had to order a new one and they made me wait 2 weeks)I got into the account that was 500+ to protect from overdraft fees. I went negative, fixed it. And went negative again, and was on the way to the bank to fix it when I notice I was charged twice for overdraft. The employees confirmed I had followed policy but REFUSED to remove the charges because they were posted on a Monday following the weekend.Moved my charges around and my deposits so they could overdraft me, and then said nothing they can do at the branch and I have to file a claim that could take weeks. Leaving this bank Friday. Incredible a bank of this size is running this kind of scheme, but not surprised anymore.

Nobody ever answers the phone, the atm has been down for weeks and they can't even give the courtesy of having a sign or cone there to let people know. The customer service is horrible. It's a shame the bank was taken over by someone who has no idea how to run a business. Unprofessional as all get out.

Teller is rude and short with customers. Terrible customer service. Maybe some retraining is in order. More than one banker should be available on Saturdays. People have jobs that make it impossible to come during the week and to be greeted by a teller with a bad attitude is bad customer service. Maybe two bankers and no teller would be a better way to use resources on a Saturday especially since the tellers job can be done more efficiently by a machine.

I never felt so discriminated at this branch the supervisor seen we've been waiting had the nerve to ask the other person if she wanted a glass of water and not us(husband&I) that was the first second the worker who attended us didn't want to add my husband into my account(I've been to too many banks and NEVER had any problems with the 2 ID that my husband has, also chase) people shouldn't look at the color of ur skin, we are ALL HUMAN and should be treated the same, I'd rather drive an hour away then to come back to this branch

Chase bank is a poor exuse for a bank they don't do good business you can get a hold of them when you need to do business when you able to do business you have to call customer service to get help and you have to jump through hoops to do that you have to give the phone automative system your account number, password to your mobile banking, and pin number just to talk to someone.
