Employees seems to be incompetant when it comes to using 5 off 25 coupons. Then the ladies get frustrated when you ask questions and offer no help. How does my total go from $24 before coupons and then when coupons are added my total is $29. The lady that is checking tries to scan a 5/25 paper coupons that is at the register that has already been used, before you can put your mobile number in which causes it not to attach. I did need or ask her for that because my 5/25 was linked to my mobile number. This is the third time I have tried couponing at this location with this particular cashier. She is denying the people the ability to use coupons that are offered by dollar general. She acts as if you are stealing money out of her pockets. Both of the ladies need to be retrained and attitude adjusted.
After leaving that store I went to another location where the coupons attached but the deal did not work out like I thought it would. That was ok because the cashier took the time to explain what was going on without acting like I was bothering them. PSA: Don't work in customer services if your easily frustrated when customers ask question.

The young lady with the baseball hat i didn't even knew she worked there ask me what i need i said a refund she tells me you bought that at another store we cant refund we r doing inventory and this will showwe would have a loss with that you have to take it back to where you bought if that is how GD IS DOING THEIR STORES NOW YOU COULD LOSE MORE THEN MY WHITE T SHIRTS SHE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND HOW BIG STORE WORK if you see i bought a few things
