Man look these guys went through my check found a lot wrong with it. New steer tires, new bushings and shackles, new (6) king pins on tag axles 3-4 days worth of work and these guys accommodated me. They looked out big time for me. Originally 3 days turned to 4 cause they want it to leave perfect I mean these guys are the best with big truck alignments. Highly recommend and will be back.

When I tell yall these r some of the nicest, most professional & coolest people n East Texas yall.. They took care of my trailer tire repair real quick. They treated me as if we all knew each other from birth. Lol.. My main guy Mr. Austin & the other guy at the front desk were beyond what I expected n small town Marshall, tx. Yes I'm a black man but they treated me like family & that meant the world 2me. Thanks guys for such a great cool experience with each of u. And tell the boss guy I said thank u too.. keep up the awesome work fellas... sho nuff sho nuff

The team here is rock solid. They inspected my truck, advised what they recommended. Told me I would drive out with a Cadillac, and I tell you what. This truck has never gone down the road as well as it does now after leaving their shop. And I've spent a pretty penny trying to achieve the ride it now has, at other shops but never got it until East Texas Alignment. Had I known they existed before, I would've started here. I'm tickled pink with the outcome. Very affordable and still got the Cadillac promise.

Very friendly service, this place knows 18 wheeler trucks and wheel alignment, they don't just take your money and send you off they check the work by test driving it to make sure it's done right. Some of the best customer services I have come across. I have taken both my trucks there and would highly recommend this place for sure

I definitely recommend these guys to align your truck also they true your tires which was a pretty cool process to me and balance your tires on truck outstanding customer service they let you know of any issues you may need corrected and they dont automatically do it like other shops do they will leave that decision up to you came from from georgia to see about them. Rick and austin great guys the rest of their team as well. Will most definitely be back when im in that area.

East Texas Ailment is awesome great people Rick and his crew go up and beyond any there shop I have been in to have work done great people great work. The owners even fed use lunch that is definitely something you don't get anymore and if you need to get to the store they have a pickup that you can use .
