Literally all you have to do is call Martha Brown! She is the reason why we use Expert Collision. She very knowledgeable and keeps you informed on the progress of your repair. She’s professional and friendly. Customer service makes or breaks a business and Martha is an asset to this company. My truck came him looking new!!!! The repair work was outstanding. I recommend Expert to all of my friends!

Don't take your car here. I'm still missing parts on my car. When you told them something was not repaired they would get defensive like they didn't see anything wrong. My insurance company said they had done so poorly on repairs. I will never take my car or tell anyone to take their car there. 3-17- 2025 Staff called Questioning my Reviews. I explained to them why I posted my upper review of their services. I notified them about what insurance had said about their work on my car. They didn't want to hear my reasoning on their work trying to talk down to me but I was not going to have it so they hung up. Full Stop not going there are going to tell others also not to.

Part of the repair was done excellently. Part of the repair was poorly completed. Communication issue between appraiser and customer. Appraiser responded reason rear passenger not completed was damage could have been caused by a car door opening into it. This was a false statement.

Just wanted to say that Expert Collision Center repaired bad spots on the hood of our mustang that the prior ownership of the collision center did. And they did a better job doing it. There painter was professional and the owner was very nice to us.
I am totally happy with Expert Collision and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs
