Family Dollar on 1113 E. Grand Ave is a JOKE!! Walked in for a few items and had an altercation with a cashier who literally stuck her tongue out at me. How mature. The manager has no business being a manager in my opinion. The cashier provoked me & he expected me not to defend myself? Ha. Too much trouble filing a formal complaint with corporate. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Google review is the next best thing. It’s sad even dogs have better manners & home training.

They are in the process of all new employees again. How ever I was able to get a lot of shopping done. Night before Mother's Day. Bought three shirts for Mom, card and did some house hold shopping to. Very friendly manager, and by the way they are hiring.

I purchased items and arrived home 5 hours later to find that 2 things I purchased were not in my sacks, when I called the store the cashier was very rude, raised her voice , just down right nasty, don't know if she's having oroblems or not but I thank God there's 2 more in this town

Family Dollar in the shopping center is very thoughtful I mean if you have an issue they try to solve it right away. Just make sure you're if you're bringing a product that you've got that receipt

Apparently, they don't like to speak in the morning. No one was at the registrar. Didn't get a chance to checkout left. Shouldn't have to yell to get anyone's attention.
