The reception was good but $100 a month for me on disability was too high. I called to see if they had a cheaper package they said they did not. Then my neighbor tells me how much he is paying is less than me. I am one person but the house with three people paid less. That doesn’t make sense.I changed my carrier.

They're the worst. Weekly outages. They charge you $87/mth for 100mb. I pay for 1GB which means nothing if it isn't up long enough to use it. I work from home and can't even get through the day without issues. They're the only option here in Marshall if you don't count satellite. Looking into 5G, I can't take any longer. If you have other options, use them. Be warned.

Service in Texas has been down for over 24 hours. When you call, they state “no estimated time of resolution” yet you can make a payment right after the news that you will not have service for an unknown amount of time. Better give everyone 10% off for not providing services for bearing on 2 days. Better be 50% off if this last more than 48 hours. It is money and a lot of us work from home.

My wifi service has been out all day, and the only communication I've been able to get from Fidelity is an automated message telling me that there is no estimated time for repair. If I had to guess, I'd say that it's probably because no one is actually working on the problem since it occurred during the weekend. I'd like to be proven wrong, but I can't get in touch with an actual human being.

After reading these reviews I am not going to do business with them. I hope they learn from this and get their act together and maybe I'll choose them as an option someday in the future. Get your act together Fidelity!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I have had them for three years because I don’t have a choice. I have spent hours on the phone with techs. Had several service calls. Nothing matters or changes. I currently am told I will be without service for week. They also don’t find it necessary to compensate me for the many many many hours of trying to get the service to work. It took almost 2 years to get them to give me the speeds I was actually paying for. Was told once that I had to buy my own modem because the one they provided doesn’t handle the speed that I’m paying for. I have spoken to supervisors. Supervisors supervisor. No one fixes it.So if you want a part time( job that doesn’t pay ). Trying to get the company you pay to provide you a service. Then this is the company for you.If you are lonely and need something to do. This is the company for you. You will spend endless hours and day trying to get someone to actually provide the service you pay for.RIDICULOUS!!!

Frequent outages and impossible to get someone on the phone. Even more than that the internet is incredibly slow.

The service is horrible, but you have to deal with it because it's the only provider here, I've paid my bill and I still have no service. I'm moving soon so I really glad for that. Horrible service

Roller coaster service. Up and down. But never at the highest point. And when you call for service help, they will not send anybody out. So customer service is below a star.

Works SOMETIMES. Use to be pretty good but has gotten way worse over the past year. Looking at other options now. Horrible customer service. Internet out quite often.
