Came in to get my tires rotated and balance d and have a tire fixed took them 2 hours just to get the tires off. The quality of work from all firestones in Texas is on what it used to be. They are more interested in trying to get money then doing the job in a timely manner. I've been a customer of firestone for years and never had to wait that long just for them to take tires off.

I been dealing with yall for Danm near 30 years at this point and I don’t appreciate how when I ask a question the workers wanna get an attitude when I refer a new customer there! After what that person told me I won’t dealing with Firestone no more!! You don’t treat customers like that because they have questions or concerns!

I arrived at 3:30PM for a routine oil change. There was only one other customer in the building.
I waited until 5PM for my oil change to be competed. The wait was so long, I dozed off in the waiting area.
When I woke up, I asked the cashier if my car was ready. She seemed startled, and told me the tech was driving my car around the block to be sure everything was OK. I've never had an oil change tech drive my car afterward to be sure he'd done his job correctly.
I paid (a lot more than I do at my regular oil change shop in Marshall), got in my car, and left.
My car interior smelled like oil and gas all the way home.
The only reason I went to this Firestone is because they were the only oil change shop open at 3PM on a Saturday. I won't be back.

I really like the convenience of online scheduling; I was in and out of the store in less than two hours. The representative who handled my order explained everything thoroughly. Also, the store was very clean, with a comfortable waiting area and wi-fi.

I was out of town and some alerts went off on my dash. I pulled into firestone not sure what was wrong. They came to my car, plugged in the small diagnostic tool and told me it was something I could drive safely home with and see my mechanic later. No charge. Very helpful and friendly. Acted like they were happy to help me. That’s rare anymore. Thank you!!

They explained everything that was done to my vehicle. Also I was informed about everything that was wrong with my vehicle. Even got a quote about how much it would cost to fix the problem.

Friendly staff and made some suggestions that saved me some money. That's always appreciated. Love that you can make appointments. Purchased tires and had an oil change the same day.

While traveling for a work assignment, with my infant in tow, I had a blow out near Marshall. My destination was 3 hours east, it was 12pm, & I had no intentions of rolling down I-20 on a donut. We stayed in Marshall for the night in hopes of getting a tire replacement in the morning. I arrived at Firestone before lunch & they were absolutely slammed. I was worried that they wouldn’t have the capacity to fit me in. I explained my situation and Gavin reassured me that they could & would help me. He set reasonable expectations with me regarding my wait time and offered to give me a call when it was my turn instead of having to wait there the whole time with a fussy, sleepy baby. He called me to come back much sooner than my expected wait time & got to work. He handled everything with my fleet company while I set up camp in the lobby with my kiddo. I had a drink spill while dealing with my son, which is when Nate stepped in to help me clean it up. I was so embarrassed but he was so very kind about it. They both let me vent about my travel woes and made small talk with me & the baby that put me at ease. They got us all fixed up & back on the road in no time. Getting my tire changed was a life saver but it’s not what made my experience here fantastic. It was the friendly and personable customer experience that Gavin & Nate provided. They willingly went the extra mile to help a stranger navigate a mini crisis and made her feel not so alone in the world in that moment. It’s the littlest things that make the biggest impacts. Thank y’all so much for being there for us today.
