Was in town today with a friend, stopped in here and was surprised they had a nice selection and everything was well organized. Goodwill has been overpriced for many years. But you still get a good deal when you shop the 1/2 price tag color of the week.

Goodwill of East Texas are nothing but crooks. Someone’s getting rich. That monies not going to help anyone. Their prices are ridiculous on junk. I suggest donating and shopping at Hops Closet. Much nicer people and product. Bonus the money actually goes to helping women. Not into some woman’s pocket.

Manager is rude and does not treat customers nicely unless he knows them and I have also heard how he talks to employees which isn’t so nice either!!!!!

Found shirt on mannequin guy was rude said wasn't for sale won't be back!! Any store that sales clothing and won't sell you a used shirt is a loser of a store do not shop here!!!!

As I walk in, i hear the "manager" Stephanie, talking to the employees about how jacked up their store is and she doesn't know how they'll ever get it straightened out, I proceed to search through the racks of unorganized clothing until I find 4 or 5 pairs of shorts that actually fit. Get to the register and the ONE pair of denim shorts that fit, doesn't have a tag. So she proceeds to tell me that she can't ring them up and they have to go to the back and come back out later. I practically beg to buy them. She refuses. So long story short, if you do happen to find something in this effed up store that you want, don't count on walking out of the store with it. Worst store and employees ever. It's been bad for awhile. But now, it's really bad. Won't be back. I'll drive 30 miles to Shreveport goodwill first. Shame on you Stephanie, the "manager". Goodwill should be a better experience. ?
