I've been a Kroger customer since 1982, and to this day, I prefer them over Wal-Mart. That being said, there are others I also prefer over Wal-Mart. So take note. Your self checkout kiosk jams up, and your 1 attendant ignored my blinking light (I was the only one blinking at the time), and I made eye contact with him over the wall. Before he comes over, others start blinking. He then forgets me, and helps those closer to him. I had already pushed the help button and was trying to be patient. I was clearly pushed to the back burner. I left meat, frozen foods, dairy, produce, everything. I left all of your things and walked out, went across the highway to Super1. Guess what, Super1 had plenty of cashiers to check out customers. It will be a long time before I try you again. The self checkout was nice when it was first introduced. Only have a few items. Scan and go. Now, it has become the expected, even with a full cart. It is no longer nice. No longer Krogering!

You opened new self-checkout lanes just to constantly have them blocked off. Tonight I've been in line for 20 minutes and customers all around are visibly frustrated while we watch 1 employee struggle to get one lady checked out. This has been going on for a while now, long enough for me to type this entire review out! Luckily I'm almost up or I would leave this full basket where I stand and go spend my money down the road at Super 1.

My favorite grocery store within an hour of my home. Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of not standard grocery options. Very fresh produce and good prices.

Definitely the nicest grocery store in Marshall. With that goes somewhat higher prices, but not drastically.

Instacart complaint. Order was supposed to arrive between 6 & 9 pm.
It's 10:40 ,still not here. This is after being charged $48.61 instead of 16.48 for a chuck roast.

Bummer! I went out of my way because it said it carried Boars Head meats and it doesn't!!! Next store to carry it is over 20 miles away! Maybe on the next trip I'll head over to Longview TX
