Everyone I came in contact with was helpful however have you guys never thought of giving the garden center employees neck fans or something else to help keep them cool? I know the employees by the register have fans, But what about everyone else?

Waited in electrical wire department for 10 minutes. Waiting for someone to help me.pushed button and heard intercom calling for someone. No one ever came.could not find any employees anywhere. Poor management. Ill go to Home Depot

Good service and good deals as always ! The lawn and garden usually never disappoints; I also appreciate Lowe’s for being one of the only stores still carrying seeds in April / May. Almost every store stopped selling seeds in march / early April !!! So upsetting but thankfully Lowe’s still has a seed selection past indoor seeding time.

Worst customer service ever. Curbside delivery is absolutely worthless. All you will see when you go. Inside is a bunch of employees standing around on their cell phones. You will never see a Lowe’s employee helping a customer load items in their vehicles. Stock inventory is not accurate. 99% of all of your online orders will be lost or you will be lied to about delivery dates. You will still be charged for the shipping, but they will not honor their days of delivery. They have proven this to me over 10 times using them for work. Orders for decking, wood, and trexx composite decking are lost and take months to deliver. I am completely blown away by the total lack of organization and inability to communicate basic information at this store. I find it hard to believe it’s even possible to be this unorganized, but it is. It is very unfortunate this is my local store. If I could give negative stars I would.

They have a really nice plant selection this season. Staff was missing, though. Seemed like no one was there when we needed help.

Always a chore to get help in Lowes. Waited 20 min. At paint desk asked several people. There was only one man that could mix paint and he was MIA. left everything and walked out!!!

Most of the employees don’t know what they are doing, and you ask for help and they are all busy and take for ever to come help you. Not a good experience

Worst Lowe’s ever my son pre purchased an appliance on line for pick up later we showed up no one at the pick up desk the return desk had 5 people waiting we went to appliance department no one there finally found somebody in carpet to page somebody the guy who showed up was from lumber didn’t really want to help but did very short staffing
