This is a DIY and professional construction materials store, if unsure what DIY means u need to do a little Do It Yourself research on the abbreviation. Staff there at the Marshall store are helpful and if they can't they will help u find the person who can.

Employees were nice and helpful. They didn't stock as much as bigger stores. Also had issues with purchasing a washer dryer: 3 days after purchase we were told they just don't stock it?!? We got a refund.

Scrambling for salt and sand due to the winter storm we got in just prior to closing. All the inexpensive play sand was gone, and trying to get someone to get an overhead pallet of new stock down was not happening. So we grabbed the next sand priced a bit higher. Now for salt! Thanks to the gentleman employee who directed us exactly where we needed to be. Options are water filter, pool salt, or ? We hit the water filters first, all the way to the rear of the store on the back wall. Don't make the mistake of grabbing the wavy salt blocks up front! You want the crystals (use caution with animals)or pellets as last resort. There were two bags of crystals when we left at just before closing. If you are in a serious need, pool salt will work.

I have been a customer of Lowe's for many years. I've been pleased with every purchase, with very few exceptions. Any time I've ever had to return anything, it was always hassle free and very easy. That is, until I bought a jacket. The tags are still on the jacket, it's very obvious that it hasn't been worn. When I told the lady at the Service Desk that I needed to return the jacket, she said "We don't return clothes." I told her its a jacket, it's not like it underwear or a bra - it's just a jacket, never been worn, doesn't fit, etc. She again said "We don't return clothes", and added that "that is company policy". I then asked her to show me where it says that in their policy. She conferred for several minutes with a coworker, and then advised me that a manager was on the way. The manager comes up and asks how he can help, and I tell him that I want to return the jacket, doesn't fit, still has tags, etc. He advises me that they don't take clothes back and that is company policy, I then asked him to show me where it says that in the company policy. He then tells me that it is up to manager discretion, and then tells me the store manager will be in tomorrow if I want to talk to him. The Home Depot will be getting my business from now on.

I bought craftsman hand tools, one of the ratchets broke I brought the receipt ad defective ratchet back to lowes to exchange and was told that craftsman does not have life time warranty any more, I would have to contact craftsman. I took it to Ace and explained what happened exchanged no problem craftsman backs thier tool just not lowes.

The new manager Erik has ran off every decent employee. They have ruined the pro desk and lost countless home and commercial clients. I have been sold 1,000s of dollars of merchandise they don't have and he tries to make me Wait 2- 10 Days for card refund and don't Wanna give a merch card. I've spent too much money here to be treated like crap and ignored. Today alone TWO stores are missing Over $6,000 in lumber their computer say I there and they have ZERO. They should be shut down soon with that profit and loss ratio.

15 days ago bought a stove and frig was told they had to order stove and would be delivered Monday Dec 10thEleven days away. Monday came and went no text no phone call. I tried to call but no one ever answered.Called next day and was told never made it on the truck.Put me off till Friday.Got phone call Friday and were going to do it again. Got a refund and will not shop there again. Big fat joke of a business.

My first visit there, looking for packing supplies, the staff member that “helped” me was most unfriendly. (And not just to me. She was rude to a gentleman after “helping” me.)I I lived there & shopped at that location regularly, I would report her to management. The packing items seem over-priced.

Didn’t find what I was looking for yet the assistants (several guys) tried to locate it even looked on their devices, but they don’t find it and found out that they don’t carry the item. ? everyone was friendly and helpful.

They constantly sell my company thousands in materials they don’t have. The pro deal is expected to handle all commercial clients, and check inventory, and have it loaded and pulled . The loaders have obviously never been trained as my crew often ( as MANNNNY others ) have to load 1,000s of lbs themselves. The management hides from all customers ( Erik and Victor) , are rude and unhelpful. They have lost their top 3 highest purchasing commercial clients and have now lost us. We were the first Diamond MVPs. We have had an amazing relationship with this store and spent upwards of 200g regularly. Since erik was put in charge in April-May he has NEVER greeted us or even met us until they royally screwed up yesterday. Him calling personally to apologize was a joke of excuses attempting to blame others. They have fired or made quit anyone who was good and had been there MANY years ( one as high as 15 years). I will NEVER shop at this store again, personally or professionally.

Just ran in to grab a couple of things that I really needed. It was busy at the time. I made my way to checkout and the only registers open were self checkouts. This is the second time this has happened. I do not use those. I like the human interaction with the cashier. If you want self checkouts that's fine, nothing against them. But we should not be forced to use them to get the items we need. I don't mind waiting in line for an actual person.

Was sold a fridge they said would fit, they delivered fridge did not fit so delivery guys took it back. I went to get another fridge and they would not refund my moñey because the fridge was not in their store.. also was suppose to have a lawn mower delivered, they were a no show. After 45 minutes on hold I find out they were not delivering this... This Lowe's sucks they got the last 10K out of me,, I will drive to @Home Dept before ever stepping back in this sorry place! I would recommend shopping at Home Depot before ever going to Lowe's!
