Don’t know how the service would have been because I pulled up, and a guy came out and said “Don’t even bother, we’re too expensive.” 😐 He didn’t even tell me how much it would be so I didn’t argue with him and just left. Marshall Lube and Auto Center was good though! Got my oil change for $50 that Take 5 could’ve had lol

The staff were so welcoming when I arrived, offering me a bottle of cold water in the heat. They showed me the dirty oil and filters, suggesting changes, but without pressure. I watched them check my tires and other fluids, which my “regular place” before this would often overlook. The staff made pleasant small talk while working, which I enjoyed. I had no problem using a coupon for my purchases. As a side note, the shop manager is an extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable female, and I enjoy seeing women in non-traditional positions. I respect that! Overall a fantastic experience, and I will be making this my new oil change home. One happy customer here!
