Ordered flowers online for my MIL for mother’s day and the arrangement she received didn’t look anything like I paid for. I understand that sometimes the arrangements ordered online isn’t guaranteed to look the same, but I was very disappointed. It looked like she got what was leftover from the other arrangements and it did not look like a full bouquet. I will not use their services again.

I had to call to send an arrangement for a friends relative that passes. The lady was so kind and helpful. She walked me through all the steps and was so patient with me. Amazing customer service!

I grew up using Marshall Floral for every flower-giving occasion and when I'm sending flowers to someone in Marshall, I still call on them to do the work. Recently, I found myself having to purchase a casket spray and I checked all around and Marshall Floral's prices were the most reasonable - besting the others in cost by at least half of price the others were charging! And the spray was beautiful. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance in such a rough time.
