My daughter and I were traveling from Alabama to New Mexico.The staff here was so helpful and assisted us after we had issues with our car while in Marshall. We really appreciated their kindness and for going above and beyond to help us!

Came in here for a simple inspection and left due to customer service after waiting 30 minutes in line. After going somewhere else for an inspection I now realize this establishment doesn’t do half of the stuff for Texas inspections that they are suppose to do. They try to push people out close to closing time just to get out of there. My family and I will not be returning to this business. I now go down the road for better customer service!
