Stay away. Bought a new phone, tried to swap sim cards which didn't work. Was told I had to by a new sim so I did. That didn't work. Then they said I had to pay for a rep to activate the sim and do the swap. When I went in was told no, cannot do that. So now I'm out money and time and still have a new phone I cannot use. Do yourself a favor, go to AT&T or Verizon. They have prepaid plans and better phones. Will be switching myself next month.

The lady there was very kind to take her time and give my son all the instructions and help he needed to walk thru his new phone. Sometimes it's hard to started with a new phone. No one wants to read the instructions!

Tried to switch my service and the associate entered my number wrong and I could not switch, this went to closing time unfortunately, and no supervisor would answer the phone to help her correct this mistake.
