“Roxanne and Jordan are miracle workers. I contacted AT&T's online customer service to activate an upgrade for my number. Somehow that representative managed to royally mess up three lines on my account. After spending 7 hours between the online chat and phone, they still hadn't resolved the problems that were created. Extremely frustrated, I finally went to the local AT&T store. Roxanne and Jordan resolved all of the issues in a tenth of the time. I have no idea why the national service was so poor and inefficient, but the local service is certainly high caliber. Every time I've visited this store, the employees have been very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Thank you again, Roxanne and Jordan for saving the day!”
