We called this person named Shelby the manager of the storage facility she said she had a 10 x 15 we drove 40 miles we sign the paperwork which was a lease we paid $61 when we went back to the storage building she open the storage bill enough and it smelt like dead meat it was horrible and there was ants everywhere she said it was ant spray that smells so bad so we told her we could not take the place she charges $15 paperwork we was on it we was there on the property less than 25 minutes

Well let's see I have known the manager now for 40 years and I know for a fact that she is a very hard working individual and she does her best to take care of her customers. She has also jad tge entire lot repaved and is in the process of having new the roofs repaired. ANY PERSON who has a bad review for PackRat self storage evidently has tge wromg information and just plain does not know what they arw talking about.

This facility seems nice enough, and the manager, Shelby was very friendly. However, when my daughter went to pick up her things, this weekend the facility was closed. Shelby nor her assistant would return any calls. My daughter drove 7 hours to get there, had talked to Shelby to let her know that she would be coming, yet no response. Also, my daughter had paid several months of back pay before arriving. This is our 2nd year storing college stuff over the summer, and have never run into this problem before. What is going on?? Oh, yeah, I also called the 800 # listed, but it is not affiliated with this Pack Rat. Therefore, if you can't reach Shelby at the local 903 number, you're out of luck!
