The store is clean and well-organized, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff that provides helpful and caring customer service. They work closely with the local pet shelter and also sell some pets like hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, lizards, snakes, and kittens for adoption. Their grooming service is very nice and much better than other local options, including a full haircut with complimentary bandana. They have a rewards program for frequent food purchases. While some find the prices high for general supplies, the store is appreciated for its price matching policy and is considered the best pet store around by many customers.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate being able to get higher quality pet food. I have not compared pricing, so I'm not commenting on that part.

I go to get my dog groomed. She absolutely loves it there! They do a great job.
