My husband and I received outstanding customer service from Demetri, which is generally the exception and not the norm these days. Although he was clearly in training and needed help from time to time, he still did a great job! Professional, courteous, and friendly, he very patiently answered all our questions. It was a great experience!

My experience with Tmobile has been challenging with the company, the service, and setting up the phone itself. On the other hand, the store manager is Whitney. Being a business owner, a woman, and an army of one- new objections to overcome are painful. Especially with things that shouldn’t be a hassle. Whitney is patient, understanding and just helpful in general. She educates, motivates and trains her team and gives them the tools to be the best.Demetri was my personal associate who is new to the team, but on top of his game. He asks questions pertaining to my issue, if he doesn’t know the answer- he finds out!Nia, very helpful. Excellent phone skills with customer service, and she has a sense of urgency.Stacy, very energetic, can multitask and fun to be around. She knows the brand, loves the brand and provides a smile every time I visit the Marshall (my home) location. They are a wonderfull team.

Maria did an amazing job. I felt heard and was well aware of understanding my bill when leaving my other carrier. She engaged with me and my wife making us feel important. Haven't had this type of service in awhile. Loved it.

Ive got mixed reviews on tomobile so far. I switched from Verizon a year ago and for the most part, the service is comparable, but its the in-store customer service that greatly varies. I had to do a warranty replacement on my phone due to an issue with the charging port. This store was great at the time in helping me initiate the claim. The houston location where i needed to pickup my new device was too terrified to complete my claim in a timely fashion because of some very superficial marks on the screen. They were afraid Tmobile would charge them as an individual for mistakes on my claim. I ended up having to stand my ground to have my phone replaced on warranty. It really made the whole process more stressful than needed. Your employees should not fear retaliation for helping their customersAlso the only perk we get as customer is the freebies on Tuesdays. This store gives those freebies away before Tuesday is ever a thing. Came in today to collect and was told they were all given away yesterday... um... today is tuesday. not yesterday.
