No issues besides hours the building is open. If you tell your people you are open until 6 then be open until 6. I came with my vehicle loaded down 3 times now and can’t go in to put my stuff in storage. Just left there at 5:30 and it’s locked up tight. Last Friday it was closed fully, and once before around 5. I’ve called both numbers and no one ever answers.

The worst Storage in East Texas... hands down.Manager never there....over charges on your credit cards, no prorate for moving out early. Who dose that? No one. Suggestion? Find another storage.

Owners were super accommodating. I was deploying to the desert last minute and they made sure I was able to get my stuff stored away for my trip, even though it was the weekend.

This is not your ordinary storage facility the landscaping alone let you know they will no doubt take care of most valuable things. The owners are amazing friendly and understanding people and the young lady that runs the office for them is an outstanding person. I've been keeping my things off and on for 7 years and will not trust my personal belongings with no other storage in Marshall..Go check them out I promise you won't be disappointed

Great storage facility - well-maintained and the only climate controlled storage units in Marshall. Driving up, the building does not look like a storage facility with its covered entrance and glass doors. The owners are easy to work with and try to accommodate our storage needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing climate controlled storage.

This is an awesome, awesome storage facility. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is due to not open on Saturdays. That is usually only when I can get to it. Otherwise, you will just love it. Like being home with your own storage. Very comfortable enclosed atmosphere. Very pleasant surrounding on the outside. (if that important). The owners are super nice.
