“I’m here to say that I had some experiences that I was unhappy about but the owner Mr. Nutt made things right. Had some issues with my vehicle but we were able to come to a resolution on getting the things fixed. What we all know in this world is things don’t always go as planned especially when making purchases on things the we have no control over. But what we can do is try to make things right by first listening to the customer, giving an apology, and trying your best to solve the issue which this is what they did at Kar Nutt. I would buy another vehicle from them just on the strength of customer service and making things right. They could have avoided my concerns as my vehicle was an as-is purchase but yet they stood on business and took care of it. So what I can say about this establishment is that they will not shut the door on you!”
