The United States Postal Service is truly a cornerstone of our communities. Despite facing immense challenges, they consistently deliver, often under incredibly difficult conditions, ensuring that vital mail, packages, and even medications reach every corner of the country. The dedication of the mail carriers, who are out there rain or shine, is truly commendable. It's a service we often take for granted, but its reliability and accessibility are invaluable.

The Marshall post office needs new leadership. I have had packages missing, delivered to the wrong address, and been getting my neighbors’ mail on more than several occasions. I’ve had mail shown delivered at my mailbox nowhere to be found. Today, I went up to the post office and attempted to speak with the postmaster. I was again missing mail, two packages. After being told she wouldn’t see me , I told them I’m not leaving until I speak with her. The postmaster, Daphne Moore, came out from the back of the office, my packages already in her hands, which showed delivered to my address in their system from yesterday. She immediately met me with an attitude and refused to address my concerns. Offered no help, no apology, or anything. Just a simple search of her name on FB shows that I’m not the only person that has had issues with this postmaster. I’m not the only one on my street that has been having issues with mail delivery either. Several times we have gone days without anyone on my street receiving mail. I’ve already filed complaints regarding the postmaster’s behavior and the carrier’s inability to deliver mail. I’m sure it’s to no avail. Another governmental employee that collects a salary with no accountability. There are good people up at the post office. This isn’t directed at you, but after interacting with this woman, I’m sure she isn’t much of a supervisor either.

I have been hung up on twice today by the representative. She was very rude, and unprofessional. She wouldn’t even track my package.

They do not deliver as expected on Sunday amazon delivery that state for Sunday delivery i have been told that this would be corrected on many occasions and they play the blame game over and over

My PO box is average in size. It's not the largest or the smallest. Also, while you are retrieving your mail from your box, look through to the other side. You might catch a postman or postwoman in his/her natural environment.

Not sure what lady is working in the mornings helping truck drivers unload pallets but she rude as hell.The job is not that serious to be treating people like that. Ugly attitude.

Baby yal need to ask the government to treat yal better give yal a raise or something because yal rude in that office first of all the lady never let me finish anything I was trying to say she cut me off each time asked me for a tracking number and then said hold on and sent my call off somewhere else . Everytime I call they don’t even answer it rings til a busy sound answers if yal short on staff just say that !! Definitely cant understand why in the middle of handling a transaction with me while already on the phone with me why you chose to put me on hold to help who in front of you or send me off to someone else currently still sitting on hold i been on the phone since 8AM TRYING TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE !! If your unhappy with your government job wench find another one

I always go here to pay bills and I don't have to wait in line long. Cashier is very respectful and fast.

They are very attentive and have amazing customer service. I didn't expect to actually get a call back and I did and on the weekend!
