Toes dirty did not cleaned the skin or around nails. AND Heals are rough, she did not smooth down. I do NOT recommend this place !!!

I used to enjoy my experience here but today did it for me . Whenever I come I always get my nails and feet done and bring my kids and husband so I spend a lot of money , which isn’t a problem . What I do have a problem with is rude service and treating me like my money doesn’t mean anything and I should be able to get exactly what I ask for and don’t get an attitude if I’m telling you it’s not what I want . Especially if you’re the owner. I love my nail tech and unfortunately I have to find a new place because I don’t appreciate how I have been treated a few times by the owner. I can’t speak for anyone else but getting my nails and feet done they way I what them is very important to me . I posted what I wanted and what I got because I told her to stop because I didn’t like the shape nor the rough handling . I only gave two stars because my feet always are amazing.

Do not get your eyebrows here! She gave me extreme burns that still havnt healed after 3 days. They were also very rude, only playing nice to a male customer that was paying them. Completely ignored me. By no means am I a Karen, but this is unacceptable. Horrible business. Fire the eyebrow lady and the front desk lady.

I had their best pedicure. Worst, tortuous pedicure I've ever had. Last top of the line pedicure I had at a different salon, I came away so relaxed and it was awesome. I kind of expected the same as the price was comparable. The tech was over zealous and over firm in using the callous remover. I kept squirming and she noticed, asked if I was in pain. I said yes but she continued on the same way. On the paraffin treatment for both hands and feet, the wax was too hot. The hot towels she wrapped around were too hot. After a hand and arm massage, she hit my arms with a closed hand quite a few times. I've had this done many times before but it was always lightly done. She hit so hard I really felt I would have bruises in the morning. When she used the hot stones on my legs, she used hard pressure that actually hurt. I told her to please ease up on the pressure, which she did briefly. This included a neck and shoulder massage, which wasn't bad but she finished it up by again hitting very hard with a closed hand, hard enough it hurt. There was several minutes of this. I've had many pedicures and massages through the years, and don't feel I'm extra sensitive, but this was not a good experience. For the amount of money I paid, I am very unhappy with the experience. Would definitely not come back. Future pedicures will be at the other salon I went to.

I’ve been going to VIP since 2016, I have never had a problem. They are pretty punctual 95% of the time. If you have to be on a schedule (like a lunch break), they are very accommodating. Lily is fast but does a superb job on my nails and my pedi’s.

I use Linda for my pedicures and eye brow wax at this place and she does awesome work. The place is sometimes busy but usually I do not have to wait long and their service is always great
