Walgreens took over Super1 pharmacy. Now they don’t have a drive thru window and they don’t answer the phone. These are the reasons I switched to Super 1.They either fired everyone or they quit. Thanks a lot Walgreens for ruining another pharmacy. By the way. The doctors are not happy either. They refused to use them because they don’t answer the phone. ??

Tried to contact Marshall store by phone. That was a joke. When said pharmacy it would just hang up. I tried seven times to get a prescription filled no luck yet.

Went to the pharmacy yesterday 2/19/24 at 11am for a RX that was sent in at 8:45am. Was told it wasn’t going to be ready until 3pm. Went back at 3pm still wasn’t ready until 3:45pm. Another RX was called in at 4:45pm received at text stating RX was ready. Arrive at 8:30am 2/20/24 an RX wasn’t ready…What??? The person at the drive through was kind enough to get it ready. So I’ll push my 1 star to 2.

It was 5:57 when I arrived to the pharmacy window and they were already closed and gone. They website state they close at 6 not 5:57. The bad things is I called them around 5:30 to let them know I was leaving the ER in longview and my ETA was 5:58 . I felt that was very rude of them to just leave I have been using them for many years but they will not have to worry about my family using the Marshall location again

Walgreens has remodeled to be more accessible and accommodating for their customers. It is really nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We use the pharmacy and photo services. I highly recommend Walgreens.

If I could leave a zero star I would! Absolute worst customer service. I was told my order wasn’t there and that I was rude for wanting my order that was paid for and I had the email saying the order was there! Manager came to the front to explain to me that emails are sent out saying orders are there even when they are not but somehow the manager found the order. All the while the two cashiers are telling me I am rude because they didn’t know how to do their job and find an order

Worst customer service ever wouldn't even give them the 1 star ,pharmacy tech or pharmacist who ever she was rude and very unprofessional would not give me her name, she disconnected the call I called back and spoke to Jerry Steven stated he was the Manger ,he cared less about the situation and laughed.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

In the Fall of 2022 I had an appointment to have a flu shot but didn't realize I had left my wallet at home, 25 miles away. I went into reschedule but they gave me the shot then as planned. I appreciate that kind of service. Thanks

Y'all NEVER have I ever had such an outstanding experience like I did right now. We came in for children's medicine and not only left getting the perfect one but we are so happy knowing a little bit about picking a better one for next time. The manager, who is dressed to impress, was so dang helpful and so knowledgeable! So blown away by the customer service we received! He needs to be the trainer to teach other stores how to be excellent. What's funny is I doubted going to Walgreens becauce I normally go to CVS but this time it was fate and y'all I might drop CVS all together if there were more employees like this! I feel bad I didn't get his name, but he needs to be recognized!

Dealt with many pharmacies both Walgreen's and others. This pharmacy is the most efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable of all. I especially like the way they keep me informed via text about my prescriptions.

I was on hold for 2 hrs. 6 minutes — then was disconnected. I am now on hold for 56 minutes with one caller ahead of me. My son had surgery just hours ago, and I need his prescriptions. They don’t open in the morning until 10. I plan to call the doctor first thing in the morning and ask them to call in his prescriptions to CVS, which opens at 8:00. I am DONE with Walgreens!!!
