I used Harold’s on a recommendation and they were amazing! Was dealing with a coolant leak and on a random day off, I called to see if there was anyway they could look at it - after stating that he was pretty full he offered to let me drop it off and he would work it in. He got to it quickly and diagnosed the issue and got it fixed same day. As a single mom, I was worried about the cost, but it wasn’t unmanageable, and the service was great. Very friendly folks.

Although, I did not go in to the place, the receptionist, Patricia was very understanding and thorough with her role. I'm not sure who I spoke to the next morning, but he was also very positive. Not once did I receive any attitude!
