This Post Office just lost all my future mailing outs. I will use UPS or FedEx from now on!!! I spent $80.00 on 4 packages and she had the nerve to tell me "You know you can shop on Walmart and get it delivered" WOW THANK YOU I DID NOT KNOW THAT!!! I'm sorry that I gave you business, I won't make that mistake again!!!!!Hate that I even gave them 1 star. The lady is usually nice, but today she was RUDE and very unhappy to be at work!!! Get someone better!!!

The little short brunette old lady that works up there needs to be replaced She is rude and she does not have customer service in her blood at all. She's an unhappy energy and she treats everyone like s*** at that post office She doesn't need that job if she's not happy with it.

The hours are ludicrous. I have to take a day off of work just to get something from the post office it’s ridiculous, can’t even go on my lunch break cause they get an hour lunch even though they work only 7 hours.

The lady at the office does a good job, as does the one who delivers our mail, the subs for the one who delivers tries to fold the cartons of mail thus damaging the product. They need to educate the delivery persons to not damage the product or fold it to fit in the small mail box. This message is from the Skyview subdivision . Please educate the mail person not to damage the items.Thank YouPA Fltr.

Can we take up a collection for kindness to give the new post office worker? I mailed a package. I had a letter stamped but she said I had to put it in the box outside. I was really confused by this as the postal workers have always taken my letters.

While I understand this is a stressful time of year and you are probably understaffed and overworked, no one likes to be huffed at because they choose to use your service. My packages were all ready to ship - packed and labeled. Today was my first visit to this post office, and I ship often. I will attempt this location after the holidays are over in hopes everyone is on a brighter note.
