I highly recommend Joe. I called him Friday afternoon and asked when he had availability to come tow our truck to the mechanic. He came first thing Monday morning. He was very friendly and helpful, so grateful for his great service. He’s now our go-to guy. Thanks again Joe!

Joe and his son came out to replace a flat tire on my truck on a Sunday afternoon. Where the flat happened, I could not use the factory jack. They were on time and very courteous and helpful. I will call them again if I need roadside service in the area. I have AAA and they could not find anyone to send out.Service: Tire change

Joe and his wife are the definition of southern hospitality. I was driving late at night south of Mason, Tx when i hit a deer and it ended up disabling my vehicle. There were no vacancies at either motel in town due to deer opener. With Joe knowing that, he asked his wife if she was ok if i could stay the night in their guest cabin and they took me in for the night. The next morning he drove me all the way to Austin so i could get a new rental vehicle.

Jeremy Clark with Puncher Towing in Mason Texas attended the scene of my roll over accident yesterday morning. My Suburban was completely loaded and needless to say most of the items were ejected from the vehicle. Not only did he recover the items, he neatly put them back in the vehicle. Since I live 4 1/2 hours away, he took me to a place where he knew I would be good until my ride arrived. And once my ride arrived he met us back at the office to do paperwork and get all my belongings from the vehicle. For such a traumatic experience he made me feel better. Thank you Jeremy!!!

Wow. If there was an angel in disguise it is Mr. Puncher. My daughter had nearly the exact same experience as another reviewer. Car stranded in the middle of nowhere during some flooding while being rerouted and ran over something on the road causing her car to die. Mr. Puncher responded to my call and came to the rescue. Instead of having to tow the car 2 hours he fixed it after towing it to a gas station and guided her on the way home to the Austin area. I cannot thank you enough Mr. Puncher and hope that if you ever need help your generosity will be returned in kind. I always believe that you will reap what you sow and may you and your family be rewarded with many blessings from above.

Broke down 10 miles outside of Mason, Tx. Called Puncher Towing and he was there in 15 minutes. I think his name was Jeremy. Fast and professional service. Great job!!
