I always look forward to seeing the ladies at the pharmacy. Shanna’s is my girl. She always so friendly and helpful. Everyone are great with customers. For me it is a fun experience.

Went to this CVS this evening to pick up some cold medicine and water. I got all my items and then went to the front counter an proceeded to wait because no one was at the counter. I looked back at the pharmacy multiple times and made eye contact yet no one came to the front. After a few mins and a few looks I walked back to the pharmacy and asked if anyone was working in the front. Clearly it was going to be the lady in the red shirt not dressed I pharmacy attire. She was in the middle of a non work related conversation and some member of the pharmacy has to ask her to go the front. When she got to the front I let her know I had been waiting for some time and she proceeded to attempt to lecture me about an inconspicuous ring bell for service. To wrap this up it was the same associate named Lauren that is mentioned in other reviews. Not only is she rude but after I decided to leave the store she continued talking to the point I ad to as her why she was still even talking about things. My thoughts are the doorbell allows her to go around and not do her job of managing the front counter and store, if there was no doorbell she would have to stay up front. Poor service and poor leadership allowing that doorbell on their front counter, never seen this at any CVS before.

The staff here is so rude. I went in to pick up some pictures that I had ordered online. Lauren the cashier asked me for my phone number and when I gave it to her she said that there was nothing in the system under that phone number. I told her that I didn't put a phone number in when I ordered the pictures. I asked her does it matter about the phone number. That's when she started becoming very ugly and had the worst attitude. I left there wanting to cry. I will never step foot back in that store.

Poor customer service. Told me my prescription wasn’t covered by my insurance. Even argued with the dr not once checking themselves for fault. Anyways I asked my dr to transfer the script to HEB and the prescription was covered & filled in less than an hour, no problem.

It was very nice at the location , I was just concern you can’t talk to the pharmacy anymore you have to leave your number and they would call you back in an hour. Do not like that idea especially for elderly having immediate questions. Get rid of that feature!!

Doctor prescribed a medication for me, called cvs in mathis got the automated response. Put all my info in and said they have nothing for me. Called doctors office and they said they sent it to the mathis cvs a wek ago. Doc sending it again hopefully they get it. At this time I'm leaving 1 star until its been corrected.

Our family doctor called in prescription s for my wife and we waited four days to get them. They repeatedly denied the doctor had called, which he certainly did. In fact our insurance had to call and have them fill them, then they text and said it would be ready the next day. Then texted at ten and said it would be ready at one.Went to pick up the meds and was trying to explain my concerns to the cashier and she asked me “ and that’s my problem how”? This is the rudest, most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Same with the front counter they will let you stand there while they stock shelves and never look at you..
