The new management is noted as great. For sales, they offer well-maintained units, both new and used, with added items like new tires and butane tanks installed. Staff work to facilitate deals and soften moods during transactions. However, their customer service has mixed feedback. They are appreciated for going above and beyond, like helping with a roadside tire change. But there is noted need for improvement in returning texts and calls for questions. Their office or finance hours can be inconvenient for those who work full time, sometimes requiring customers to leave work early for walk-throughs and final pickup. Overall, customers feel they get fair deals and quality service for both repairs and purchases.

Took my RV for some work to be done and John did a great job keeping us in the loop of all that he found that needed to be fixed. We are very pleased, great new management as well.
