Auto Repair, Convenience Stores
Howdy RV Mathis provides RV sales and service. The business has friendly staff who do good work. Customers are very happy with repairs, such as fixing a water heater quickly. The new management is noted as great. For sales, they offer well-maintained units, both new and used, with added items like new tires and butane tanks installed. Staff work to facilitate deals and soften moods during transactions. However, their customer service has mixed feedback. They are appreciated for going above and beyond, like helping with a roadside tire change. But there is noted need for improvement in returning texts and calls for questions. Their office or finance hours can be inconvenient for those who work full time, sometimes requiring customers to leave work early for walk-throughs and final pickup. Overall, customers feel they get fair deals and quality service for both repairs and purchases.
