Some of the tellers are not very friendly and ignore you. One in particular looks like she is mad all the time. I think it needs to improve on customer service.

Waited 45minutes to get a clerk to get help with my elderly mother account. They never submitted paperwork. After two months, didn't informed me about it. They are the only bank in town and they are taking advantage of the elderly. I will look into legal action concerning this abuse.

Never any lines. Tellers are very nice. Always quick to get in, get business done, and get on my way.
