  I highly recommend using Mathis Post Office for all your passport needs! Our experience was top notch with fast and friendly service. Jaime was awesome to work with as well as the gentleman helping her. We made an appointment online, completed/printed out the forms, had copies of all needed things and had 2 passports ready to send off in less than 15 minutes (including taking pictures) Again I highly recommend using Jaime at the Mathis Post Office!!

  USE THIS USPS LOCATION FOR PASSPORT APPOINTMENTS AND AVOID BEEVILLE AT ALL COSTS. Jaime was AMAZING. He was friendly and super helpful. We had all our paperwork and he went through it all telling me if I needed to change something quick or anything. Super informative too when it came to giving me dates on how quick I’d get the passport, current timelines, etc. I could go on and on. The lady next to him was super friendly towards the other customers that were there too. All the bad reviews from this location seem to be old, so keep in mind when you decide to come here because they have seriously improved it looks like. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank yall so so much.
  
  And again…. To anyone reading this do NOT go to the Beeville location. They are insanely rude and disrespectful there.

  well 2024 and mathis usps is even worse now then before... they hired a bunch of young kids who are legit trying to speed run who can finish 1st.... i have had 4 packs in 4 days not show up at my house but somewhere else and it just happen agai ntoday this why im putting a review.

  Set an appointment for passport application at 1000. I showed up at 0940 and they were very grateful I showed up early. Very pleasant staff members and explained the process of checking my application status. I was done conducting business before my actual appointment time.

  The mailman stole two of my packages, and they did not want to help me get my packages back. Do not use this post office. There are a bunch of thieves.

  So I’ve been waiting on a package for over a week now and it was to be delivered today Saturday July 17 2021 so I made sure I was home. The website says “We attempted to deliver my package today , but there was no secure place to leave it” They did no such thing. I was home when it says they attempted it sitting right by the door and nobody attempted to deliver it here plus I have an oversized mailbox so it probably would fit in it as well. This is not the first time they have done this either. Now it’s 1::20 and of course they are closed.And they are only open from 9-10 am on Sat here. This branch is totally unreliable and lie about there attempted delivery. My suggestion is to mail your stuff through UPS or. Fed ExThen you will get your mail when it’s supposed to arrive!??????

  A Package I needed not delivered when the new postal carrier had it in the truck the whole time! Then was told at the post office they could not look for it because they had to many packages. So I paid the consequences for someone else’s carelessness! So disappointed.
