Had important packages come and wasn't going to be home for a few days so I filled out a hold all mail paper and they delivered it and left it in the rain. if I could no star and just absolutely terrible mail handling.

the package has still not been received, the PRIORITY DATE WAS DECEMBER 23RD
ONE PKG ( A DIFFERENT LOCATION WAS ALSO LATE
IT WAS FINALLY DELIVERED YESTERDAY)
