My experience at this post office was extremely disappointing. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was shocked to find out that they don't even provide tape for your boxes. I paid for shipping, which should include basic assistance. Instead, I was rudely yelled at and told my package must be taped before it could be shipped. The attitude and lack of service were unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location.

I have lived in Maypearl for a short period of time but in 4 years I have only had good experiences. The mail delivery staff are great, they seem to out of their way to make sure I get my mail.

I have had nothing but problems with this post office. Im disabled and they make it impossible to get my mail and have gone out of their way to treat me like a 2nd class citizen. They are rude and half the time i don't even get my mail

The lady at the post office (Tammy) is so incredibly rude. We seriously dread going to the post office because of how rude she is 75% of the time. The worst part is that you have to deal with it because the post office doesn’t deliver mail to your home if you are a resident of Maypearl. The gentleman who works at the post office is super sweet and great. I’ve even considered asking him for his usual work schedule so that I can avoid the unpleasantry of Tammy. I’ve been hesitant to write this because I try to stick to writing about positive experiences, but because we keep having to deal with it over and over again, I’m hoping this will help bring some change.

I get superb service from the USPS in Maypearl, TX, both in delivery to my street address and for in-post office services.

I was periodically refreshing the USPS tracking page so I would know as soon as my package arrived. I see that it was delivered 10 minutes ago, so I go check my porch and mailbox. The package wasn't there, so I decide to walk across my street a good distance to my neighbors front porch where I find my package.My address is clearly posted on the outside of my house in two locations in large easy to see numbers.It's just very concerning when a package is delivered to the wrong address because I could end up having valuable items stolen because they were given to the wrong person.

I shipped a package to my mother for the holiday. And at 8 this morning, I received a notification that the package was delivered. My mother has a camera outside her home. The package was not delivered and carrier is claiming no mistake. When I sent my mother to go speak to the agents there, they argued with her that it had been delivered. Has anyone had experience like this? Is theft something I need to have her report to the local police station??? Help. Not a very merry experience
