They have very good service with the staff but if I have a comment I shouldTheir bales are not 100 lbs. THEY ARE 96LBS-95 lbs. They include two blankets of approx. 96 lbs & so you are aware of what you are going to consume but if you buy 10 bales and each one comes with 4 lbs of blankets you will be losing 40 LBS IN TOTAL ALMOST HALF A BALE that they steal from you!! YOU SHOULD SPECIFY WHAT YOU SELL AND INFORM EACH AGENT OF HOW YOUR COMPANY WORKS BECAUSE PEOPLE TRUST BUYING A 100lb BALANCE NOT THAT BASICALLY THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR 5 lbs of blanket & workmanship ? humble opinion but know where you consume! I lost approximately $220 of my money
