Hello, I want to share my unpleasant experience today.
Supposedly, you go in for cosmetic work and ask for what suits your tastes and budget. Because like any coherent person, we know that any aesthetic detail is a matter of taste, not a necessity.
I had to witness such an unpleasant client, rude to all those girls who deserve respect, since what they do is an art, which not everyone can achieve. And on top of that, the ridiculous woman complains about such a beautiful job the girls did.
And JUST BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU'RE ASKING FOR.
SIMPLY, IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY, DON'T ASK FOR WHAT YOU CAN'T PAY FOR. And on top of that, she insults the girls. Ivette Diaz in the reviews is the poor woman who couldn't pay 10 dollars more.

I went in for a refill and during the process, the nail tech accidentally nicked my cuticle with the drill, bad enough to make it bleed. She asked me to wash my hands, but it hurt to scrub with the brush, so I did the best I could to clean it.
Despite the bleeding, she continued the service, and now it looks like she applied the acrylic over dried blood. It honestly looks like there’s fungus under the nail, and I’m really uncomfortable with how it turned out. I paid $62 total (refill, French tip, credit card fee, plus tip), and I left feeling really unhappy.
I called to speak with the owner or manager and was told they were both on vacation. Turns out, I was speaking directly to the nail tech who did my nails. She offered to fix it in a couple of days, but my question is, if you knew there was an issue, why wasn’t it fixed on the spot?
No resolution was made, and I don’t think it’s fair that I paid full price for nails that look like this. Just wanted to share my experience so others can be aware.

Nail tech was good but was in a hurry to provide the service since she didn’t want to be left closing alone. With that being said she was in such a rush she painted my nails and toe nails a different color.

I hate leaving a negative review, but this is not the first time that my nails look horrible on the second day of having them done. Aside from that, some of the ladies that work there are always speaking negative of their clients, when people are leaving, they have something negative to say at times which I don’t think it’s very appropriate.
My nails are literally peeling the day after getting them done and in the past when I go back to get something fixed I still get charged $10, I know it’s not much but why should someone pay for bad service?

Very happy with the price & service. Elizabeth & Marse did a wonderful job on mine & my best friend’s nails. Helped us celebrate a special day with this set being my friends gender reveal set (done by Marse) The price was also very fair for acrylic!

I went to go get a pedicure and my hands with shellac and they left my nails crooked and the shellac was all bumpy I went back again for them to fix it , it still stayed the same. I went back the next day and the lady in the front was real rude I guess she was the receptionist I told her if they can fix my nails because I had wasted $100 plus tip and I am a very picky person about my nails and she said that it was just me that my nails were crooked and bumpy like that she was just with her attitude and I told her okay if y'all are not going to fix it that's fine I will leave a review and I just won't ever come back over here and waste my money and she said okay that's fine. She needs to learn how to be more professional if they're going to be having her as a receptionist at that nail salon.

I've been a loyal customer at this nail salon for over five years, and I can confidently say it's the best in town. Jessica Becerra, my go-to nail tech, is an absolute GEM. She's attentive, creative, and always knows exactly how to bring my vision to life. Flor, my pedicurist, is equally amazing!!! Super friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure I'm comfortable and happy with my results. Estybalee is another standout at the salon, she provides excellent service and welcoming attitude.
The entire team creates such a positive and relaxing atmosphere that I always look forward to my appointments. Gracias, gracias, gracias 😁
