Worker John answers the phone and then hangs up on you. Then he answers the phone and says he doesn't care and call back tomorrow. Who talks to customers like that

Make sure you check your parts before you leave....even new oil... twice now I've gotten home and didn't have what was supposed to be. First time was oil full syn valv 5w30 opened it to put in the vehicle and was USED BLACK DIRTY OIL! Now this transmission filter and gasket.... I got two odd hoses and a gasket.... come on guys....
