I’ve never owned a Ford. But I needed a bigger truck to tow my new RV. I went to Stanley Ford looking at the Expedition and the F150. I am very particular about my interactions with dealerships. My husband was in the automobile business his whole career. He told me to look for a dealership where the sales reps cared enough to come to you, greet you, and offer help — not too pushy but eager to work on your behalf. Greg Young at Stanley greeted me out on the lot as I was looking and really listened to what I thought I needed. He was interested in understanding so he could provide good advice. My whole experience at Stanley Ford was just as delightful. They were patient to answer all my questions — even multiple times if necessary. From Mike, the Sales Manager who took time to meet me and thank me for the business, JD in Parts who showed me some options for the vehicle, Jason in Finance who took me through the loan process — and, of course, my Sales Rep, Greg — everyone I met was friendly, professional and left me feeling that I had made the right decision. Epilogue: I’m loving my new F150!
Update: Went to Stanley Ford’s Express Oil & Lube section to have my oil changed. Again, everyone was friendly. They had me in and out in less than an hour. And … I enjoyed looking at new cars while I waited (LOL).

Just bought a used 2024 f-150 from Stanley Ford Mcgregor. Steven Kirkpatrick was my salesman and did a great job showing me the truck I wanted, low pressure, clear communication on details and worked hard with me to make a deal that worked for all of us. He was very open and upfront about what they could and couldn’t do to make it work and made the process easy to navigate. Thanks to everyone at Stanley Ford for getting me in the updated truck I’ve been looking for and finally found.

Brought my truck in for oil change and in addition had the oil changed on my 2 differentials (4x4). I was kept up to date when the work started and when the work was done. Friendly staff, clean facility and great customer service.
