How's it 24/7 when the night cashier locks the doors at @ 1am & hides inside because he just doesn't wanna help customers at the moment . Like wow it was an emergency and I was thinking I could get what I need because it's suppose to be OPEN!!! I was out there waiting for 25 minutes and then just drove off because it was ridiculous. Corporate or someone who actually cares needs to fix this location .

The big African guy who works afternoons with the really short hair is an absolute bully. I go there almost every day and have been for years. This guy always tries to overcharge me, doesn’t let me use my rewards, accuses me of things I never did and is just extremely rude to me for no reason. Today my son accidentally dropped his slurped drink on the ground and I did my best to clean it up and he comes up to me a belittles me in front of my son and made him cry because my son felt so bad. He then accuses me of leaving the cooler door open weeks ago for the wine which was probably weeks ago and I didn’t even do that. I’m done with 7-11. That dude has officially made me boycott your store. Great job.

Slow need more help at 5 in the evening and Clerk never smiles or greets me ..but he does others not sure why he won't even speak to me or say thank you. Or have a good evening!?

The guy with the pointy tail seem to have a attitude for no reason I ask him I had a question and he just yell at me saying "what " asking if they have pizza he just said no with no patience waiting for me to leave I'm not from here but i will never again will stop by there .

I used my card there twice yesterday and they used my card with a double card reader and they did 2 transactions my account over 1260 dollar . I was so lucky that the bank called me this morning . Part of the money came back but the other money will come back in a few weeks I am literally disgusted.

The employee is rude careless and wants everything done so fast without asking questions he gives an attitude and I still waited 10 minutes outside the store for it to open ridiculous people

This location had a card reader to steal customers credit cards! Rude staff. Trashy place. Gross bathrooms. Not sure how this place is still in business, never coming back and will notify everyone in Mckinney and surrounding areas about this FRUADULANT store!
