I started using Aaron's back in Arizona and bought the majority of my furniture from them. Excellent customer service, great furniture selection , affordable, and they move your furniture for you as long as you are still paying on it, which was very helpful

First time ever purchasing a living room set through Aaron's. I was nervous about the purchase but Chris the sales manager made the process easy for me. He was helpful and answered all my questions. I will gladly purchase from Chris again!!

Shameful. Aiden and Chris should be embarrassed at the way they try to take advantage of others. We had a promotion code for $1 to start, the website shows $25 to start, but they want the full monthly payment to start a lease. Then they try to say that their math isn’t completely messed up when I pointed out that the printed version is less than their preleased take over payments amount (24x$103 vs 19 x $160) last time I checked $2400 is less than $3040, but hey what do I know? They are full of excuses - “oh the price just increased” or “maybe the $160 includes the chest, I’m not sure (that’s the store manager speaking there).Moral here - run don’t walk as quick as possible from here.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with Mckinney store tried running my card on several occasions for items I didn't receive and the Plano location kept lying giving me the run around on items that I had already payed for changing my delivery dates saying they were coming or are on the way its been over two weeks since I payed for an item lies and excuses still no delivery yet very very very very BAD BUSSINESS PRACTICES I WOULD NOT REFER THEM AT ALL

Poor poor customer service. Was told something over the phone. Made the commute, just to be told I was lied too. Manager was not helpful, apologetic, or even acted like he cared. I must not of been the right skin color

If I could rate this place -5 stars I would. Complete scammers. They will prey on you in the most desperate of times and get you to sign up for the club membership and WONT do anything for you when the time comes. If you ever call them and communicate anything IT IS ALMOST GUARANTEED THEY WILL NOT NOTE YOUR ACCOUT. THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING TODAY, AND have another person call you EVERY OTHER DAY as if he has no idea what happened or that you called. HOW HARD IS IT TO COMMUNICATE TO EACH OTHER OR NOTE AN ACCOUNT??? VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I have had the final straw and will never rent from this place again. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO CHECK ELSEWHERE!
