Guys, you will notice that O'Reilly and Auto Zone parking lots are always full and this one is almost always empty. That should answer all of your questions there. We went in with a bad battery had it tested there and were told to take it somewhere else to get tested again? Why? So I went to Auto Zone and O'Reilly, and both said battery was bad. Then I came back to the store and they said it doesn't matter if the other places (they sent me to before) say the battery is bad, Advanced uses a different system. "OK, well now what?," I asked. I was then told they had to charge the battery and test it again... just the battery....and it would take 1.5 hours. They would, however, not touch the battery to remove it on this particular vehicle (because it was a model after 2014, and the modern model cars have computers that would be affected). I now had to go home, remove the battery, find a ride to come back here and leave it to be tested. So I did all that right away and had the battery back in 30 minutes. The man helping me, Eric, said he would call later to let me know if it tested good or bad, since they closed about 30 minutes after it should be done, and they wouldn't be able to do the replacement that day anyway. He said I could come back the next day, and the manager would be there (from 7:30-5:00, during the hours I said I'd be at work). When he called later, he said he would check it again in the morning and get with manager. I went ahead and called off work and arranged a ride to the store about 11am the next day (had not heard back). When I got there I was told the manager doesn't work Sunday and Monday, and the older guy who helped me was not there, but knew the manager's schedule. A guy named Gary helped me.... finally one saving grace to this whole experience! He got me taken care of in about 5 minutes, and apologized for the whole experience. He was awesome. All of this jumping through hoops was for a battery that was under warranty and I still had the receipt for it...UNCALLED FOR AND UNACCEPTABLE!!

The store advertised free diagnosis and went to the store today, the person behind the counter said we don’t have a scanner. Maybe they should take the advertisement down or maybe Advance Auto Part should say “not available in all stores”.

The worst customer service ever. I had an issue with my car battery. He checked it and told me it was bad, so I needed to buy a new one. Then he offered to sell me the battery, but said he couldn't install it. It turned out my car had additional brackets on the battery, making the replacement more time-consuming. He cited the company policy, claiming they couldn't replace the batteries for these cars. After that, he made me wait for 20 minutes before giving me a jump start. I'll never go back again. I ended up going to O'Reilly next door, where they changed the battery for me without any questions asked.

Very good customer service, went in for a battery replacement Eric and the store manager went out there way to find my warranty and replaced my battery at no charge. That was a great customer service

Y'all these people are awesome and go above and beyond. There was a little confusion about getting the right part that was ordered online but they got a battery for me that fits perfectly and works well!!! So thankful.

General manager was very professional and helped us out when we received a defective product via an online order. Really figured I was out of luck since we had installed it, but he helped me get the part I needed. Super kind and I appreciate his help!

I thought the part that I needed was so unusual that I wouldn't be able to find it but they had exactly what I needed. The service was so helpful and friendly. The associate did everything to make sure that I left with what I needed.

My battery died at Walmart on Rose Bud about a mile from this location. I arrived at the store at about 7:25pm and they close at 8pm. The store associates put the battery on the charger and charged it up until the last minute of closing. I walked back to my car and had just enough charge for the car to turn over. Thanks again, you guys are terrific.

Very inconsiderate, rude and to a degree racist management at this location. Will never step in Advance Auto parts again. Avoid this place , plenty of good places around.

Worthless store and staff. Went into the store at 11am as the only customer and there were three people in the back of the store chatting away and couldn't be bothered to come to the counter and help a customer. Last time I've set foot in an Advance Auto Parts store....plenty of other car parts stores in town.
